Data controller

The controller of the personal data collected through this website is Andrea Usan, VAT / tax code [to be completed], registered at Noventa Vicentina.

What data we collect

Contact form. If you write to us through the form on the site we collect the name, e-mail address and message text you enter. These are the only details we ask for, and you provide them voluntarily.

Technical browsing data. Like any website, the server automatically records some technical data (IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type). This is needed to run the site and to protect it from abuse.

Visit statistics. We count visits in aggregate, anonymous form only, using an in-house method that sets no cookies and does not store your IP address: the IP is turned into a non-reversible code that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you or used to recognise you from one day to the next. We build no profiles and do not track your browsing on other sites.

Why we process it and on what basis

Replying to your messages. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Site security and operation. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site available, intact and protected from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Aggregate visit statistics. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how much the site is consulted. As the data is aggregated and anonymous, the impact on your privacy is minimal.

We carry out no profiling and no automated decision-making, and we do not use your data for marketing purposes without your separate consent.

How long we keep it

Messages received through the contact form remain in the controller's mailbox for as long as is needed to handle the request and any relationship arising from it, and are then deleted.

Technical server logs are kept by the hosting provider for the period set out in its own security procedures.

Visit statistics are kept in aggregate form only and contain no personal data.

Who receives it

Your data is never sold, transferred or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes.

It may be processed on our behalf, as a data processor, by the hosting provider Aruba S.p.A., which hosts the website and e-mail. The servers are located within the European Union: no transfer of your data to third countries takes place.

The site uses no third-party statistics service, contains no active social buttons and loads no fonts or other resources from external domains: everything that makes up the page is served by andreaslab.it.

Your rights

At any time you can ask to access your data, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a readable format (portability) and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 15-22 GDPR).

To exercise these rights simply write to info@andreaslab.it: we will reply within one month.

If you believe that the processing of your data infringes the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of the country where you live.

Cookies

An ordinary visit to this site creates no cookie at all. The only one it can set is the strictly technical session cookie of the restricted area, used by the site owner alone. The details are in the dedicated notice.
